What are the ingredients?

1. 1Kg Karimeen
2. One full teaspoon red chilly powder
3. One full teaspoon turmeric powder
4. Two teaspoon coriander powder
5. Half-teaspoon curry masala.

6. 1 cup coconut milk
7. 2 medium sized tomatoes sliced
8. 3 medium sized onions sliced
9. 3 table spoon full coconut oil
10.  5 green chilies split
11.  Salt to taste
12.  Ginger-garlic pastes 1 teaspoon
13.  2 stem curry leaves
14.  2-3 cups water

How to prepare?

Clean the fishes and cut it into pieces. Sauté Onions, Green Chilies, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves in coconut oil. Continue sautéing until the onions turn brown. Add red chilly, turmeric, coriander powder and curry masala add some water and stir well. Let it to boil. Add the fish pieces and salt and cook for 10- 15 minutes. Add coconut oil and cook it for another 5 more minutes. Garnish with a Carrot and Cucumber and serve hot.
